Below is evidence of the small progress made so far in the restoration of the Garfield High School Auditorium:

Thank you for your e-mail to Ms. Molina. My name is David Vela and I am Supervisor Molina’s East Los Angels Field Deputy.  The Supervisor is also concerned, however, our jurisdiction limits us to assist in expediting. I have asked LAUSD for a briefing on the rehabilitation of the auditorium and will proceed with appropriate steps to attempt to influence LAUSD.
